I spoke to someone days prior and I informed him what was going on and I went to other places. The person didn’t once say he charges $100. After he drove my car for about 5 mins I felt pressured to decide to allow him to fix my brakes because he stated if you don’t go with me you still have to pay $100. I felt ripped off because I went to other shops and never was charged. I knew the noise and could have take a video. He didn’t look at my brakes with any equipment. He stated I need the $100 to get to my other client. I think that was an important piece of information that we should have discussed prior. On his site it states free quote. It doesn’t state anywhere about a fee. I will not be moving forward due to communication and waiting over 40 mins.

Great service in getting my front brakes and rotors done. He did it like in 40 mins, which was really convenient, when you don’t have to wait x amount of hours for one single issue on the car. I definitely recommend his services.

Solid work. Called in for a master cylinder replacement. Showed me the old part and it looked rough. He gave me the opportunity to test drive the car before paying and there was definitely a great difference in braking. Only took about an hour for the job to be finished. Highly recommended.

BST Automotive did excellent brake work on my Lexus. They were very responsive and provided excellent service. Prices were very reasonable and they were very accommodating to my schedule. I would highly recommend.
